Electrical Scrap & WEEE Waste

Home » Electrical Scrap & WEEE Waste

LMA Recycling is highly experienced in the recycling and disposal of electrical waste. WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) is highly regulated to ensure that the hazardous materials it contains are not released into the environment and that the valuable materials are recycled. We work with some of the world’s leading refiners to recover valuable metals from electrical scrap and electrical waste. Many people don’t realise how much electrical waste there is, and therefore how much electrical recycling is possible. By offering this service we want to ensure that we are doing our part and aiding our local areas of Maidstone, Medway, Kent and Sussex to keep up with environmental protection and to reuse as much as we can.

LMA is registered by the Environment Agency as an AATF (Approved Authorised Treatment Facility) for WEEE, which is the highest level of accreditation, and allows us to receive material from Producer Compliance Schemes, manufacturers, retailers, secure destruction firms, waste businesses, demolition and the general public.

Whoever you are we will dispose of your electrical scrap in a way that ensures the best outcome for the planet and your pocket.
